Hopscotch is awesome!!! Hi there! I started programming in Hopscotch 2 years ago and loved it! (And I still do) but after I mastered it, I decided I should learn a professional script-based computer language. And I did! I mastered the basics and intermediates of Python, and Im currently learning a new language called Swift, so that I can begin with iOS and OSX development. And Im 14! I really hate the bad game! You cant even make a game! SO BAD! If you want this game, do not get it! So annoying!!! My older son is telling me to fix this game! I tell him, I cant! So I play it for a lil while, but... I CANT MAKE A FREAKING GAME!!! I try to make pixel art. BUT... I CANT! The videos arent HELPFUL!!! I listen. I do the right things, BUT NO!!! I DONT GET IT RIGHT!!!

Ok... Im playing this in my phone and cant figure out how to make my own game. Can you fix it please? Other than that its really fun to play other peoples games!

I tried to make a level and I learned for the past days and I dont get it I have been stressing and no one plays my levels I hate it some much time I spend over some stupid coding crap I wished for so many times to be a coder turns out to be dumb I hate it!

This app is awesome except for when Im making a game and I want to make something grow a certain size,if I have 2 objects that are growing, they wont grow a different size. I try to change the size but it always changes back to the other size. But other than that this app is AMAZING.

Lagged me out.. It is the best game ever, you can make anything, but for some reason my iPad lagged Hopscotch out! Fix this

This app changed my life! I never thought I could be so patient and into coding! Honestly, I love it and cant stop telling my friends and family about it!

I was making a game and wanted to get rid of something it. I dragged it to the trash can, but I accidentally clicked Keep It. So then it stayed. I tried to move it but it was blocked by the plus button. I couldnt edit it, move it, or delete it. Hopscotch saves automatically, so there was nothing to do. I would wish for you to fix this, because I would have to delete the game, unless it would make sense to have a flying car in the top of the screen. Also, sometimes the game crashes when trying to open a game. Its not a big deal, but its a thing that goes on. For my experiences, I rate 2 stars.

To everyone saying its bad its not. Are you positive you did everything or are you hating on the app? And the videos are helpful. Make sure your updating regularly before you wright a review

This app deserves 5 stars. It really does. But the fact that you cant program on the iPod/iPhone version isnt fair. Do you really have to have an iPad just to be able to program!? I love programming more than playing community games, and Im not gonna switch my iPod for an iPad just for that. If you fix this, I will rate this 5 stars. I promise.

Please, hear me out. Ive made this suggestion over nine times now. Add a mute button for the game. Why? It cuts off my music. Before you scream at your screen going, BUT THERES ALREADY 1!!!!!, please note that only works in "play" mode. When I click a game or something, it makes a tick noise and cuts my music off. Please. Please. PLEASE DO SOMETHING. It angers me getting to a high point in a song, and all of a sudden, du du du du du du duo duo duo duo DUO DUO DUO DUO DUN DUN DUN DUN-- tick! .... Help.

This is the best app EVER! (Recommended for iPad) This is a great iPad app. If you want to only play games, get Hopscotch for your iPhone. If you want to make games, get it on yo iPad!

This app is amazing because, you can code games. Then you can share them with other people! You NEED wifi to publish a game! Got it? Then if you have questions you can hold the help button in the bottom corner then sign up for the Hopscotch Forum, then there you can ask questions! Also the creators of this app are working on the iPhone Version! If youre just starting out on Hopscotch, WATCH THE VIDEOS! Theyre really helpful!
